Create a Strong Password – Creating a strong and reliable but easy-to-remember password can be challenging for many.  Most people prefer to reuse the same couple of passwords for most of their accounts because they are already memorized and easy to use. However, this is one of the many ways hackers can access one, if not most, of your accounts. To best protect your accounts, your passwords must meet certain criteria that make them extremely difficult to guess. 
Here are some things you can do to strengthen your passwords: 

• At a minimum, passwords should be 6+ characters. However, the strongest passwords are 10+ characters long. 

• No patterns or numerical sequences.

• Always include symbols or randomized numbers.

• Don’t use the same password for multiple accounts.

• Always include at least 1+ uppercase letter.

• No personal information in your password.

Generally, people prefer to remember only 1 password for multiple accounts out of convenience. No one likes having to keep up with passwords, and likely you’ve had to reset 1 of your passwords, if not more, this year.
